Version 2.4 released

Version 2.4 is now available!

Notable changes:
- added 🇫🇷 French 🇫🇷 translation - if you want other languages, feel free to contact me, I'll give you the files
-replaced "game over" by "level finished": it was confusing for many people, as you don't have to start again a level even if your tractor is broken
-text is now easier to read, by adding a shading around it
-vehicles are now easier to collect in the garage, and fuel easier to replenish by displaying a circle
-tractor moves and rotates faster
-increased the size of tractor and of most enemies
-changed name from "Grand Theft Tractor: Ukraine Edition" to "Grand Theft Tractor: Ukraine"

Other changes:
-added an help text on most screens
-minor performances improvement - but hard to do much better: 80% of the power is used by the light/shadow system
-minor cutscenes dialogs fixes
